- Child Information Sheet
- $30 activity fee and the first month's tuition
- Child Care Immunization Record
- Health Care Summary Any child needing to keep medications on site for use in the event of an emergency must also have a medical professional complete the Emergency Care Plan form A-500.
If additional time is needed for the medical forms to be completed, just let me know when to anticipate them prior to the first day of preschool.

Welcome to our awesome new website! We hope you find it to be easy to navigate, filled with great information, and that it gives you a sense of the love and joy we experience here while children are learning!
We are so excited about fall! Please plan on coming in with your little one(s) on Monday, September 8. We will send you a specific time to come in, meet the teachers, get your child's preschool bag, your window sign for carline, and meet some of the other families. The teachers will also share specific information about their classroom and give you some helpful preschool information. If there is any question I can answer, don't hesitate to contact me!
